Week 1: Monday July 10th Friday-July 14th (Football)
Our football camp will include offensive and defensive skill development, position-specific training, chalk talk, and more. Our football camp provides a great opportunity for young athletes looking to make new friends, increase their overall knowledge of football, and have fun! Instruction will focus on developing fundamentals, footwork, knowledge of the game, game-like scenarios, and team play.
Week 2: July 17th- Friday-July 21st (SAQ: Speed, Agility and Quickness)
Throughout the camp, athletes will learn the proper mechanics and techniques needed to access maximum strength, speed, and explosive power. Campers will work each day to improve their technique and running form, balance, core strength, footwork, and more on their way to becoming more well-rounded athletes. We will also work to introduce proper warm-up and cool-down routines, both essential components of recovery.
Week 3: Monday July 24th-Friday July 28th (Baseball & Softball)
During our baseball & softball camp, athletes will work to increase their overall knowledge of the game. Points of emphasis will be fielding, throwing, hitting, base running, and other fundamentals necessary to excel on the diamond.
Week 4: July 31st-August 4th (Sports Performance: Speed, Strength, and Conditioning)
Our Sports Performance camp will expose athletes to a variety of fundamental movements through the use of fine and gross motor skills. Movements will consist of but are not limited to pulling, squatting, hinging, jumping, and carrying, all done in a fun and safe environment. Over the next week, each athlete will increase their level of physical fitness for health and performance, leading to a healthier lifestyle and an increase in their athletic performance.
