Grindtime Fit is a results driven, high level training facility. We value athletes of all ages and experiences that want to put in the hours it takes to achieve maximum athletic ability. We focus on strength training, sport specific training, nutrition and proper rehab. We also emphasize the importance of developing the mind, preaching daily that if we change the mind, we change the culture!

GRIND TIME SUMMER CAMPS 2023

Grind Time Summer Camps


Week 1: Monday July 10th Friday-July 14th (Football)

Our football camp will include offensive and defensive skill development, position-specific training, chalk talk, and more. Our football camp provides a great opportunity for young athletes looking to make new friends, increase their overall knowledge of football, and have fun! Instruction will focus on developing fundamentals, footwork, knowledge of the game, game-like scenarios, and team play.


Week 2: July 17th- Friday-July 21st (SAQ: Speed, Agility and Quickness)

Throughout the camp, athletes will learn the proper mechanics and techniques needed to access maximum strength, speed, and explosive power. Campers will work each day to improve their technique and running form, balance, core strength, footwork, and more on their way to becoming more well-rounded athletes. We will also work to introduce proper warm-up and cool-down routines, both essential components of recovery.


Week 3: Monday July 24th-Friday July 28th (Baseball & Softball)

During our baseball & softball camp, athletes will work to increase their overall knowledge of the game. Points of emphasis will be fielding, throwing, hitting, base running, and other fundamentals necessary to excel on the diamond.


Week 4: July 31st-August 4th (Sports Performance: Speed, Strength, and Conditioning)

Our Sports Performance camp will expose athletes to a variety of fundamental movements through the use of fine and gross motor skills. Movements will consist of but are not limited to pulling, squatting, hinging, jumping, and carrying, all done in a fun and safe environment. Over the next week, each athlete will increase their level of physical fitness for health and performance, leading to a healthier lifestyle and an increase in their athletic performance.

ADULT TRAINING

We approach our adult fitness program the same way we do any other program, with focus on your overall goals. We examine your past training and injury history to create a program specific to your current fitness needs.

YOUTH ATHLETES

Our high school and youth training program is designed to help athletes take their training, athletic potential, and mindset to a new level. We focus on developing speed, strength and power, all pillars to overall athletic success.

PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES

Our professional training programs help athletes gain a competitive edge over opponents in the off season while also preparing their bodies for competition during the playing season.
